Dr. Colin Kessel

Colin is the President of Pamam.
Colin founded PAMAM in 1982 and was its General Manager from its foundation until 1999. Before that he headed the Human Engineering Branch of the Israel Air Force. Colin holds a BA from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, MA in Experimental Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Ph.D. in Engineering Psychology from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana.
Colin's experience in the field spans a period of over 25 years. He is a leading expert in the Human Machine interface design and Test and Evaluation of large-scale systems.
He is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society; Consulting Editor of the International Journal of Aviation Psychology and member of the Israel Ergonomic Society.
Dr. Michael S. Brickner

Michael is co-owner and General Manager of PAMAM.
Before that he was head of the Israel Air Force, Human Engineering Branch.
In-between, Michael spent two years as a Research Fellow at NASA - Ames Research Center, California, USA where he was involved in research on sensor imagery.
Michael holds the following degrees: Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Human Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology; BA in Psychology and Statistics and MA in experimental psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
Michael’s professional interests reflect his long and fruitful career. They include: aviation psychology, vision processes, display systems and sensor imagery, situational awareness, naturalistic decision making, cognitive task analysis and UI design.
